Alan Simao, the founder of Showcase Home Builders, Inc., is a distinguished figure in Arlington's luxury home construction scene. With over 20 years of experience, Alan transitioned from a career as an aircraft mechanic to master the art of luxury home building, guided by his family's rich legacy in the industry.
Following September 11th, Alan returned to his roots in home construction, bringing meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of fine craftsmanship. Based on Mass Ave in Arlington, he leads a dedicated team in creating bespoke residences that harmonize with their natural surroundings and reflect the individuality of their owners.
